Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith Kumar, was released recently to a negative response, but surprisingly, it is on the top of Netflix’s Top 10 films list. Nadaaniyan starring Ibrahim and Kushi Kapoor is also trending on the Top 2 spot with Thandel on the third spot. All these three films are new entrants and in their first week.
Thandel has become a blockbuster hit recently, grossing more than 100 crores worldwide. The film also earned good acclaim for the lead cast, Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. Likewise, it has been attracting good viewership on Netflix.
Interestingly, Daaku Maharaaj, starring Balakrishna, is on the Top 4th spot, continuing its steady run on the OTT platform even for the 3rd week. Dhoom Dhaam, starring Yami Gautham, is in the Top 5th. This film became a smashing hit on Netflix ever since it started streaming. Demon City, Pushpa 2, Counter Attack, Squad 36, and Kadhalikka Neramillai take the last 5 spots.
