Nara Lokesh’s letter puts RGV’s Vyooham in a difficult position. Known for his controversial statements and films, Ram Gopal Varma is again in the headlines because of his upcoming movie, Vyooham, a Political Drama. This has become a hot topic in AP Politics now.
While the son of Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Lokesh had sent a letter to the Censor Board not to permit the film’s certification, RGV is quite confident that no one can stop his film’s release date and shared the official letter of his film’s request revision committee.
Nara Lokesh wrote a letter to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) requesting they refrain from certifying Ram Gopal Varma’s Vyooham. According to him, Ram Gopal Varma intends to use the film to undermine and disrespect the image of his father, Chandrababu Naidu, and the Telugu Desam Party.
CBFC Hyderabad has already refused certification for the film, and the makers have approached the Revising Committee.
RGV had planned the film in two parts. Vyooham, the first part to be released on November 10th. Part two, Shapadham, will be released on January 25 th, 2024. He even released the trailer and songs and made all the plans to release the film on 10th November, but a big shock came in front of RGV, as the Censor Board is said to have rejected it because of its propaganda content.
Now, we should wait and see how the revision committee will respond to the request of Vyooham filmmakers.
