Naga Chaitanya’s Custody FDFS Audience Talk – Review and Ratings

Naga Chaitanya’s latest film Custody is released at the theaters today. The expectations are quite high for this film, as the movie’s team was able to generate the buzz around the movie thanks to an excellent trailer and aggressive promotions. The Telugu-Tamil bilingual cop action drama is directed by Venkat Prabhu. Let’s see the response to the film from early shows and premiers.

The film opens with a below par talk and the audiences who have seen the film felt that the screenplay of the film is not at all engaging with repetitive scenes and flat narration throughout. The love track and songs are said to be the biggest minus points of the movie. Of course, a few scenes and action sequences were well-designed but overall, as a movie, the film failed to create a strong impact as per the talk from the early shows and USA Premiers.

Custody, the film, marks the first-ever collaboration between Hero Naga Chaitanya and Director Venkat Prabhu. The film consists of a huge star cast such as Arvind Swami, Sarath Kumar, Krithi Shetty, Priyamani, Premji, Vennela Kishore, Sampath Raj in crucial roles.

The film’s songs and background score have been composed by Illayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja. This is the first time that they both have worked on a film, while the cinematography is being handled by SR Kathir. The theater owners of the Telugu States had piled up big hopes on Custody’s result, but it looks like the film has not lived up to the expectations.
