A top production house of Telugu cinema, Mythri Movie Makers has emerged as fairly successful in terms of bankrolling star-studded projects. Following their success as a production house, they’ve ventured into distribution in Telangana (Nizam), a zone traditionally controlled by ‘Dil’ Raju.
With multiple projects in hand, including the most-awaited Pushpa-2, Mythri is investing huge sums into distribution. For the upcoming Independence Day, they’re releasing a total of three films in the Nizam region, with an estimated investment of INR 35 crore.
This includes Puri Jagannadh’s Double Ismart, Ravi Teja-Harish Shankar’s Mr. Bachchan, and ‘Chiyyan’ Vikram’s historical fantasy Thangalaan (in its Telugu version). Each of these films is carrying a good buzz, indicating a possible jackpot for the celebrated production company.
