We know that the music director Thaman is working for two movies which are releasing for this Sankranthi/Pongal. One is Tamil Superstar Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu and another one is Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy. Varisu had been in the news because of its confusion regarding the release date of the film.
Dil Raju is a senior producer who knows very well when to release a film but with Varisu he was completely messed up. The release date was preponed because of Thunivu and it created huge mess on Varisu’s release.
Thaman is the biggest reason behind all these issues as his work is still pending for the film and they expect the work to finish by Monday only. The unit is trying to deliver both Tamil and Telugu versions on the day, but contents are not ready yet.
The team is putting all the efforts to drop the Tamil version on 11th January, and they are okay with postponing the Telugu version to 14th January.
However, the overseas buyers are worrying about this as the content is not delivered yet to them, and they can open the bookings in some territories only after they receive the content.
It surprised netizens and inside people from industry that Dil Raju and the team have taken almost 3 years for filming, but still, they can not finish the works in time. Some complain that Thaman cannot handle multiple films at a a moment and that’s why he’s unable to complete his work on time.
