Mazaka is the biggest budget film in Sundeep Kishan’s career and the team put a lot of effort in promotions to draw audiences to the theaters. However, nothing works for the film as the trailer or audio fails to excite the audiences. Which is why Mazaka has good talk, but it is doing dull collections at the box office.
The film releases today and it opens with average – decent WOM and reviews also very much similar to Trinadha Rao’s recent films, Nenu Local, Hello Guru Prema Kosame, and Dhamaka.
Box Office: Weak Openings for Mazaka
But the film Mazaka did not get the opening collections like those even with a holiday advantage of Maha Shivaratri. If we see the director’s recent film Dhamaka, the audio was a sensational hit which played a crucial role in the film’s success. For Mazaka, the team did not continue with Bheems Ciceroleo and chose to work with another music director which resulted as a very bad decision and now the same is proving in collections.
Sundeep Kishan’s film hit by a Dubbing Film
Sundeep Kishan’s Mazaka has good talk, but it is doing dull collections at the box office. Another impact for the film is Dragon, a dubbing film which is already running successfully in theaters.
Because of these issues, only a limited number of people are turning into theatres for the Trinadha Rao Nakkina directorial. Also, due to the bad season and small films getting released, even limited people are also preferring to watch Dragon 1st and it impacted Mazaka’s openings.
The film should see a jump in collections for the weekend to emerge as a successful film or else the buyers will lose huge money for the business it has done.
