Mass Jathara, an action entertainer starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Sreeleela in the lead roles, is all set to stream on OTT this weekend after a disappointing theatrical result. The film was expected to give a solid hit for the actor but it did not happen.
Directed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu, the film was released in theatres on November 1 with paid premieres on October 31st amidst decent expectations. However, it could not perform as well as expected at the box office. There were also reports that the movie faced several hurdles regarding its OTT release plans.
Mass Jathara is all set to stream on OTT, i.e., Netflix, which acquired the digital streaming rights of the film, and has confirmed that the movie will start streaming from November 28. It will be available in all South Indian languages except Hindi.
The film features supporting performances by Naveen Chandra, Rajendra Prasad, Samutirakani and others while the music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas.
