Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty starrer Manamey has picked up momentum at the box office with day 2 bringing in better numbers than the opening day. The film is doing well despite mixed reviews and Sharwanand’s performance and the film’s first-half entertainment stood as major positives.
Producer TG Vishwa Prasad decided to go for own releases in all territories with great confidence. The film should collect more than Rs 12Cr share worldwide to generate profits for the producer. After 2 days, the share is in the range of 4 Cr and the Sunday numbers and subsequent weekdays are going to be extremely crucial for the film.
Directed by Sriram Adithya, Manamey is a family entertainer that also stars Vikram Adittya, Vennela Kishore, Seerat Kapoor and Ayesha Khan among others. Hesham Abdul Wahab has composed tunes for this project. Maname follows the life of Vikram (Sharwanand) a carefree youngster from London and how after an accident the responsibility of a 2-year-old child falls on him and changes his life.
