The story of Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavadini is based on the central character called Teju (Sanjana Anand), who is lonely. She became an alcoholic because of a love failure. Vivek (Kiran Abbavaram) is a cab driver who drops her off from the office every day in his cab.
Watching her drop her in his cab regularly, One day he gets suspicious and curiously asks what is the reason behind her drinking every day. Then a flashback unfolds and after a few turns and twists, Vivek shows enough sympathy and encourages her to change, also bringing her closer to her family.
