July 4-7: Not a Box Office Weekend, But a Binge Weekend

This weekend Nithiin’s Thammudu was released in theaters and failed on the opening day itself. But the audiences have a lot more options on OTT, as Keerthy Suresh’s Uppu Kappurambu, Thug Life, and more content are available for a binge weekend. 

Besides Thammuud, Siddharth and Sarath Kumar’s 3BHK was also released in theaters, but it seems Telugu audiences do not have an interest in this, and WOM/reviews are average, which is not enough.

That makes this weekend not a box office outing but a binge weekend with the latest multiple arrivals on OTT.

Keerthy Suresh’s Uppu Kappurambu, Thug Life, and more content are available for a binge weekend for the viewers. After a disastrous result at the theaters, Kamal and Mani’s Thug Life is streaming on Netflix.

AIR [All India Rankers] Web Series, starring Court fame Harsh Roshan, is now streaming on ETV WIN. Keerthy Suresh and Suhas’s Uppu Kappurambu [Web Series] is streaming on Prime Video.

Narne Nithin’s Sri Sri Raja Vaaru is streaming on Prime Video. Priyamani’s Good Wife [Web Series] is streaming on Jio Hotstar, while Abhishek Bachchan’s Kaalidhr Laapata is streaming on Zee5.

Jagamerigina Satyam is streaming on Sun NXT, and The Hunt, based on Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination, is streaming on Sony Liv.

Just Like That Season 3 is streaming on Jio Hotstar. The Old Guard 2, an American superhero movie, is streaming on Netflix along with Spin Me Round, an American dark comedy.
