Tollywood Actor, Raj Tarun starrer Purushothamudu released yesterday. The film also stars Hassini Sudhir in the female lead role. Ramya Krishna and Prakash Raj portrayed pivotal roles in the film as well. The film surprised everyone, not with the content but with offering a peculiar title to the lead actor Raj Tarun. Raj Tarun was given the Jovial Star title tag on his entry in the film surprisingly.
Raj Tarun made a good start in Tollywood but didn’t reach a peak level afterwards. All his films flopped at the box office but he continued doing films. But this title felt very strange. He must have okayed it based on the films he does previously. It feels funny and strange. Recently we saw another Tollywood Actor, Sudheer Babu picking Nava Thalapathy title for him in Harom Hara. This was also trolled badly. Now, we have to see how the audience would respond to this Jovial Star title.
Raj Tarun on the other hand is facing legal issues levelled against him by his former Girl friend. He is also alleged to have illegal affairs with his co-stars by her. He was booked in the case as A1 by the police as well. We have to see how he deals with the case.
