Jeethu Joseph talks about Drishyam 3 Shoot

Can Drishyam 3 have a simultaneous release for Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi versions? It is widely known that both parts of Drishyam have been remade in Telugu and Hindi, and they also have a significant fanbase in their own language. Recently, Jeethu Joseph spoke about Drishyam 3's theatrical release, and it looks like a simultaneous release for all three versions is difficult. He said that there were discussions between the Malayalam version's production house and the Telugu and Hindi versions' producers about releasing the film on the same day, but nothing has been decided yet. Jeethu also said that they will try their best, but if things do not go that way, they will release the Malayalam version first.

Director Jeethu Joseph is the mastermind behind the Drishyam Series, which achieved a Pan-Indian fanbase. In his recent interaction, Jeethu Joseph talks about the Drishyam 3 shoot and release plans.

The director said that he has completed the first draft of the script and claimed that he put a big effort into writing the film, especially the climax. He also shared when the shooting would begin and mentioned plans for a pan-India release.

According to Jeethu, the most anticipated third part of the Drishyam series will take its time to arrive. The original version will start shooting this September, and there are also chances for a simultaneous release for every remake, including Hindi, but the decisions are yet to be taken.

Jeethu Joseph talks about the Drishyam 3 shoot and release plans, and he also revealed that the makers of the Hindi version wanted to start before them. He said there were some attempts to start in Hindi first, but they had to back down when they were given a hint that they would face legal action.

Jeethu also confirmed the timeline for the movie’s shooting. The filming of ‘Drishyam 3’ is expected to begin in October 2025, and it will be produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, which backed the previous films in the series.
