Prabhas is currently the only star in Indian cinema to deliver three consecutive ₹100 crore opening days with Adipurush, Salaar, and Kalki 2898 AD, and if his next film, The Raja Saab, also achieves the same feat, his record could stand for years.
Vijay is the only hero who is close to joining the list of hat-trick 100 Cr grossers, having already delivered back-to-back ₹100 crore openings with Leo and The Greatest of All Time. He is now aiming for a third with Jana Nayagan.
If The Raja Saab also opens with ₹100 crore, Prabhas will achieve his fourth consecutive ₹100 crore opening day, extending his historic run. His next film, Spirit, is expected to open even bigger, possibly close to ₹200 crore, which suggests that the streak could continue.
Prabhas can show his superstardom at the box office with The Raja Saab and Spirit
At present, Vijay is the only other actor with consecutive ₹100 crore openings and is hoping to complete a hat-trick with Jana Nayagan. But, as he is planning to step away from acting, this streak may not continue further.
If The Raja Saab succeeds, Prabhas will stand alone as the only actor in Indian cinema with such a long run of consecutive ₹100 crore opening films. He already holds the record for the highest number of ₹100 crore opening days in Indian cinema.
