Hyderabad Becomes Netflix’s New Hub

The OTT Giant Netflix is starting an office in Hyderabad. Movie lovers are thrilled about Netflix setting up in Hyderabad, and officials are equally pleased, as 2025 has been an exceptional year for the city’s growth.

Netflix has officially entered Hyderabad by leasing a 41,000 square-foot office space at CapitaLand ITPH Block A in HITECH City. Interestingly, the same building also houses the office of Warner Bros. Discovery.

With this new office, Netflix plans to expand its operations in Hyderabad. This marks the streaming giant’s first major office in the city and could signal the beginning of several big developments from the leading OTT platform.

Movie lovers are thrilled about Netflix setting up in Hyderabad, and officials are equally pleased as 2025 has been an exceptional year for the city’s growth.

This year will be remembered as the time when some of the world’s biggest companies chose Hyderabad. Along with Netflix, several global corporations have established Global Capability Centers (GCCs) here, including Eli Lilly, Vanguard, T-Mobile, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Costco, P&G, Heineken, Marriott, American Airlines, Nationwide Insurance, Dai-Ichi, Truist, HCA, Western Union, Goodyear, PNC Financial, Hartford, and ArcelorMittal, all within a single year.
