Hrithik Roshan is reportedly in talks to appear in a special cameo alongside Superstar Rajinikanth in Jailer 2, according to the latest reports. For months, there were huge rumors that Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan would appear in the sequel, but the role may now go to Hrithik instead.
Hrithik Roshan to Share Screen Space with Rajinikanth
Reportedly, Hrithik Roshan is set for a special cameo in Jailer 2, where he will share screen space with Rajinikanth. The shooting of his portions is expected to take place in Chennai by the end of June.
The shooting of Jailer 2 was completed a few months ago, but the team felt that a few portions needed to be reshot, making way for this exciting addition to the cast.
Jailer 2 Cast and Release Details
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures, the film is set for a grand worldwide release later in 2026. Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, and Jackie Shroff will reprise their characters from the first part of Jailer, while SJ Suryah, Vijay Sethupathi, and many others will join the cast in this highly anticipated sequel.
