Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule is slated for a worldwide release on August 15, 2024. However, owing to production delays, it is very likely to get postponed to a different date. However, the makers have yet to react to this rumour and announce a new release date.
Needless to say, the Independence Day weekend is a massive opportunity for films, and now that this Sukumar-directed film is being delayed, multiple biggies are aiming to use it to their advantage. The list includes Puri Jagannadh’s Double Ismart, Dulquer Salmaan’s Lucky Bhaskar, and Nani’s Saripodha Sanivaaram.
Additionally, Tamil films such as Vikram’s Thangalaan and Sivakarthikeyan’s Amran are also reportedly considering this release date. One has no choice but to wait for an official confirmation from Mythri Movie Makers, the production company of Pushpa-2.
