Prabhas, who was recently seen in Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD, has signed an exciting project with filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi. The ‘Rebel Star’ is reportedly impressed by the director’s Sita Ramam (2022) and gave him a nod for his next.
A romantic drama film in the backdrop of Subhash Chandra Bose’s Azad Hind Fauj, it will feature Prabhas as a soldier for the first time. Mythri Movie Makers will bankroll this project on a big scale; a massive set has been erected at Ramoji Film City where some key scenes will be shot.
Coming to the point, this project will be formally launched with a puja ceremony on 17 August 2024. Multiple film personalities, including the film’s cast and crew, of course, will take part in this event. Mrunal Thakur is rumored to play the female lead in this war drama.
