‘Mega Star’ Chiranjeevi’s fantasy drama Vishwambara and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s action drama #NBK109 are supposed to lock horns in January 2025, coinciding with the Sankranthi weekend. But the latest news in the industry circles is that both of these biggies have opted out of this race.

Vishwambhara is said to be postponed due to pending work, and Game Changer is joining the Sankranti race. As a result, the makers of NBK109 are reportedly releasing it for Christmas instead of competing for Sankranti. With this, both stars are exiting the Sankranti race

For Game Changer Sankranthi is undoubtedly the better option than Christmas. Besides this, Naga Chaitanya-Sai Pallavi’s Thandel is also reportedly aiming for the same date.

Of course, Sundeep Kishan‘s Majaka and Venky-Anil Ravipudi film have officially announced that they will arrive for Sankranthi weekend. Clearly, a prosperous festival is on cards this January.

This might be disappointing news for those who wanted to see Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna clash again.
