Baahubali 2 starring Prabhas started the 500 crore Nett Club and also the 1000 crore Club Nett in India. After Baahubali 2, only Pushpa 2 joined the ₹1000 Cr club, but many films entered the ₹500 Cr club. Chhaava which released recently is rocking the box office with its incredible run at the box office. The film has also officially entered the 500 crore Nett club in India.
Chhaava also becomes the 11th film to hit the 500 crore Nett mark. Apart from the film, 10 films joined this club and they are Baahubali 2, KGF Chapter 2, RRR, Pathaan, Jawan, Gadar 2, Animal, Kalki 2898 AD, Stree 2, and the recent sensation, Pushpa 2. Chhaava has also continued its dominant run in Maharashtra where it also broke the record of Pushpa 2.
Chhaava has collected nearly ₹700 Cr gross so far. The film is expected to add another ₹100 Cr as it continues to run strong, benefiting from the Holi weekend advantage. It was one of the biggest blockbusters in Bollywood history and paved the way for many historical films.
