Koratala Shiva’s last release was ‘Mega Star’ Chiranjeevi’s Acharya (2022). Also featuring Ram Charan in an extended cameo appearance, this action drama was a colossal disaster at the box office. Aiming to make a comeback, he is directing Jr. NTR in a two-part saga called ‘Devara’.

The first of this series, titled Devara: Part One, is slated for release on 27th September, 2024. The film is in the last legs of production, and the dubbing works have already begun. Amidst this, this star director took part in an interview with politician Jaya Prakash Narayan.

During the same, Koratala believed that taxpayers like him must be given special privileges at public places such as piligirimages or airports. By doing so, the non-tax payers get inspired to work hard.
