Tamil Director Atlee rose to fame with continuous big hits, and currently, he is working on a massive project with Allu Arjun as the lead, AA22. The film is already creating waves, and Atlee, in a recent interview, talked about the possibility of Jawan 2 and Don 3 rumors.
Recently, there was a lot of buzz that Shah Rukh Khan had set a condition for the makers of Don 3, stating he would only participate if Atlee was the director. The sequel, led by Farhan Akhtar, was originally planned to feature Ranveer Singh. When questioned about this, Atlee dismissed it with a laugh, referring to it as just a rumor.
Atlee clarified that while he is keen on reuniting with Shah Rukh Khan, Jawan 2 is not happening anytime soon. The director stated that although he is excited to collaborate with SRK again, a sequel to Jawan could only materialize “maybe after some years” and will not be their immediate next project.
He also emphasized that they would work together again only when the right idea comes organically. He also dismissed reports of directing Shah Rukh Khan in Don 3, laughing off the speculation and calling it “just a rumor.”
