Annagaru Vostaru Postponed

Vaa Vaathiyar Postponed Karthi's Annagaru Vostaru will not release in theaters on December 12th.

As expected, Karthi’s Vaa Vaathiyaar (Annagaru Vostaru) has been postponed from its December 12th release, and it will not be released in theaters tomorrow due to unresolved financial issues. This was always coming, given the uncertain circumstances of the makers.

It is being said that the film is likely to be released on 13th December instead of 12th December, but it is not yet confirmed, and we will have to wait for the official announcement from the team.

Reports suggest that Vaa Vaathiyaar’s producers are yet to repay the pending amount of Rs 21 crore to their financier, and the case remains unresolved in court. The Madras High Court has put a hold on the film, Vaa Vaathiyar’s release, and it stands postponed until the financial matters are resolved. Nalan Kumarasamy directs the film, starring Karthi, Rajkiran, Krithy Shetty, and others.

December Month Turns Unlucky For Tamil Cinema

Along with Vaa Vaathiyaar, Pradeep Ranganathan and Vignesh Shivan’s Love Insurance Kompany was also postponed this month, much to the disappointment of fans. Now, they will have to find some sort of relief with Rajinikanth’s Padayappa, the iconic film, which is set to hit theaters again on December 12.
