Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer Amaran has stuck gold at the box office. The film has emerged as the Diwali winner and biggest hit of Sivakarthikeyan’s career. The biographical action film has already joined the Rs 300 crores club and achieved profits in every territory. Amaran had a terrific 3rd weekend.

Due to such a fantastic performance, theatres owners are requesting the makers to delay the OTT release. That are in talks with the makers to delay the OTT arrival to 8 weeks so that the film may enjoy a good run. The makers have already cancelled the 4 week agreed window to 5-6 weeks. But the theatre owners want this to go close to 8 week window.
