Allu Sirish’s Buddy, which was released earlier this month is now making its way to OTTs pretty soon. Buddy released with minimal buzz and ended up as a massive disaster at the box office. Netflix made an official announcement regarding Buddy’s OTT release earlier on Sunday.
Buddy will stream on Netflix from 30th August and will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film is a remake of the Tamil film, Teddy starring Arya which was directed by Magizh Thirumeni.
Buddy is directed by Sam Anton and produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja & Aadhana Gnanavelraja under the Studio Green Films banner. The film features Allu Sirish and Prisha Rajesh Singh in the main lead roles along with Ajmal Amir, Mukeshkumar, Ali, and many others who have been seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Hiphop Tamizha
