Tollywood Actor Akhil Akkineni’s next film has been titled Lenin. The Glimpse of the film was also released on YouTube on the occasion of Akhil’s birthday. The film showed the Actor in a rugged and Massy avatar, a first of its kind for him. Happening Actress, Sree Leela is also playing the female lead in the film.
Directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, the film is produced jointly by Nagarjuna and Naga Vamsi under their Annapurna Studios and Sithara Entertainments banners. The film, as seen from the glimpse promises to be an out-and-out-action entertainer. Akhil, who relied mostly on love stories and feel-good entertainers will be stepping into the massy genre with this film.
The BGM composed by Thaman also sounded solid and the visuals were very rich. The response to the Glimpse is fine with many appreciating the team’s efforts. Akhil has been badly waiting for a blockbuster for years. His last venture, Agent became a miserable failure and Lenin seems to have all the possibilities of giving him a break. The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
