Agent distributor Satish filed a criminal case against the producer’s

We know about the recent controversy between the Agent distributor Gayatri Satish and the producer of the film, Anil Sunkara. The latest information is that Gayatri Satish has filed a criminal case against the Producers and 4 members of Producers council. He has issued a letter in which the names of KL Damodar Prasad and T Prasanna Kumar, the honorable secretaries of Telugu Producer’s Chamber along with Producers Anil Sunkara and Rajesh Danda (Hasya Movies).

Gayatri Satish stated that when the matter was still in the court, the producer’s council issued a letter to blackmail him. That is why he filed a criminal case against the council members as well as the producers.

The issue started when the distributor of Agent film, Gayatri Satish filed a petition on producer Anil Sunkara recently. According to him, he bought the entire Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka rights for 30Cr NRA and only 1.5Cr recovered and the producer had sold Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar to another distributor without informing him. So he moved to the court demanding the compensation amount.

The court received a Memorandum of Understanding and Letter of Undertaking from Satish. It has been signed by Garikipati Krishna Kishore from Anil Sunkara Society. He requested a delay in Bhola Shankar’s release, but the court did not accept his request. According to Anil Sunkara’s team, it was a forgery document.

In between, the producers Guild had been made aware of the matter. All of its members have been instructed not to give distribution rights to any films to Vizag Satish. Now in response he filed a criminal case on 4  members of council and the producers.
