Dil Raju, who is the leading member of the Producers Council has always said that the OTT release is very crucial for Telugu cinema. In his own words, he has said that all movies must maintain a minimum gap of 10 weeks between the theatrical and OTT release.
But the real question is, will Dil Raju follow this rule for Thank You? The movie was released just last weekend and has already ended its run at the box office. The movie was released by Dil Raju himself in all territories.
There is hardly any recovery for him due to the collections of the film. In such situations, producers immediately turn to the OTT route to recover some amount to control the damage. It is to be seen whether Dil Raju will also go with this route or will he stick to his word.
