Allari Naresh and ‘Polimera’ fame Kamakshi Bhaskar’s latest thriller, 12A Railway Colony, released last month but failed to impress audiences in theatres, and surprisingly, the film is now streaming on OTT without any prior buzz.
Anil Vishwanath, the director of the Polimera franchise, provided the story and screenplay for this film and also served as the showrunner. The major OTT platform Prime Video is currently streaming 12A Railway Colony in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. While the film could not entertain audiences in theatres, it remains to be seen whether it will find some acceptance on OTT.
The film features Sai Kumar, Viva Harsha, Getup Srinu, Saddam, Jeevan Kumar, Gagan Vihari, Madhumani, Aneesh Kuruvilla, and others in key roles. With Anil Vishwanath as the showrunner, the film is directed by Nani Kasaragadda. 12A Railway Colony is produced by Srinivas Chitturi under the Srinivas Silver Screen banner, with Pawan Kumar presenting it. Music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.
