In a recent interview, Yash clarified the current status of KGF 3. “We’re not planning anything immediately, as I’m currently focused on Toxic, Ramayana, and Ramayana 2. Prashanth Neel and I will keep discussing ideas, and once we find the right script, we’ll definitely make it happen,” he revealed.
This isn’t the first time Yash has discussed his upcoming projects alongside the KGF sequel, showing a clear commitment to completing his current slate before returning to Rocky’s world.
What the Post-Credit Scene Hinted
The post-credit scene of KGF Chapter 2 left fans with a major teaser. A library worker discovers a file labeled “KGF Chapter 3,” sparking massive speculation about Rocky’s return.
Earlier in the film, a CIA agent hands Prime Minister Ramika Sen a detailed file documenting Rocky’s criminal activities across 16 countries between 1978 and 1981. This confirmation of his international operations strongly suggests the scale and scope a potential third chapter could explore.
