NTR’s Bollywood debut film, War 2, was released in theaters amidst huge expectations among fans. The film did not receive positive talk, which affected its collections. As a result, War 2 bombs in Telugu states.
The Telugu States theatrical rights of the War sequel were bought by Naga Vamsi for 82 Cr excluding GST; with GST, the film needs to collect a 95 Cr share for break-even. The film sees a below-par opening and holds average on day 2.
War 2 Drops Heavily In Telugu States
But on day 3 it completely loses the momentum and sees a heavy drop in numbers. NTR and Hrithik Roshan’s War 2 is heading towards a big failure in Telugu states.
For three days, the Telugu states’ share is around 5 Cr, including GST, and the Hindi version’s recovery is just at 35%. Today advance bookings are also poor for the film, and even crossing 50 Cr share itself looks not possible.
Unexpectedly, this spy action drama is heading towards a heavy loss venture for all buyers involved in its business.
