NTR’s Bollywood debut film, War 2, is all set to enthrall his fans in another five weeks. The makers are doing their best to keep the momentum going in Telugu, and the latest news is that War 2 will have 4 AM shows in Telugu states at premium pricing.
The film stars Hrithik Roshan, and it is made primarily in Hindi, but Telugu audiences are also very much interested in it, as it stars Tarak. Notable producer Naga Vamsi bought the Telugu states theatrical rights to the film and sold it for an 85 Cr business ratio.
As said above, even though the sequel to War is a Bollywood film, it carries big buzz in Telugu due to the presence of the Devara actor.
NTR and Hrithik Roshan’s War 2 will have 4 AM shows in Telugu states at premium pricing. The ticket price will be 500 Rs in both Telugu states. This is a very good strategy, and it will work big.
Since it is not a straight Telugu movie, the makers cannot go with 800/900; 500 should be fine for the excited fans and movie lovers who want to watch the film at the earliest.
Additionally, the team is likely to request a reasonable hike in ticket prices for regular shows. Surely, this is a good strategy by distributors.
