The original film became a massive pan-India success in 2024, establishing Varma as a director capable of delivering large-scale mythological spectacles. The sequel carries enormous expectations, with Rishab Shetty playing Lord Hanuman alongside Teja Sajja, Rana Daggubati and Amritha Aiyer.
