Some time back, director VV Vinayak was launched as a hero with ‘Seenayya’ movie. The posters of the film were widely circulated and it was the talk of the town. However, for some reason, the buzz died down and the film was shelved. Dil Raju was backing Seenayya however, the reasons for the film being sidelined are unknown.
Now, VV Vinayak has decided to relaunch himself as a hero with another project and will mark his debut as a lead actor. He is reportedly busy with script work and an official announcement will be made in the coming days.
VV Vinayak has launched heroes like Akhil and Bellamkonda Srinivas through his films. Incidentally, his next film as a director is with Bellamkonda Srinivas and this is a remake of Prabhas ‘Chatrapati. This action entertainer will mark the Bollywood debut of both the actor as well as the director.
Chatrapati will be shot in Hindi and will be dubbed in Telugu and Tamil. Jayantilal Gada’s Pen Studios bankrolling the ambitious project which went on floors recently.
