Right from the announcement, the makers went ahead with a record budget for Chiranjeevi’s Vishwambhara, which was initially planned at ₹200 Cr+. Chiranjeevi’s remuneration alone is said to be around ₹75 Cr for the film.
Due to delays and extensive CG reworks, the latest industry buzz suggests that the film’s budget has now crossed ₹250 Cr. With such a huge budget, Vishwambhara has officially become the costliest film in Chiranjeevi’s career.

The team is yet to announce the official release date, but strong buzz in industry circles indicates that the film is aiming for a July release. Being such a high-budget project, the film must generate massive business to recover the investments and lock huge distribution deals.

To recover the massive investment, Vishwambhara will have to perform much bigger than Chiranjeevi’s latest and career-biggest blockbuster, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.
