Virupaksha 2 Days Worldwide Collections

Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha released this Friday and opened up with positive word of mouth and good ratings from the Overseas premieres itself, and the same continued in Telugu States as well. Before the release, the unit had arranged a special premier for the industry circles and the response was excellent for that show. Virupaksha team showed great confidence in the film and the film is on the way to become a massive blockbuster.

The theatrical rights of this film are valued at 25 Crores and the film has collected a share of 6.1 Crores on its opening day at the Box-office. Day 2 Collections were expected to be higher than Day 1 by the trade circles and their expectations became true.

Virupaksha had an extraordinary 2nd day in all territories with a big jump from the opening day. 2 days Telugu states share of the film is around 10.5 Crores and worldwide share is around 13.5 Crores, and it will comfortably cross the 20 Crores share mark by today. Overall, the movie is having a Blockbuster Weekend.

Produced by BVSN Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra, Virupaksha was to be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, but due to unknown reasons the movie has released only in Telugu. With music by B Ajaneesh Loknath, the cinematography of the film is handled by Shamdat Sainudeen.

The film stars Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles, while Rajeev Kanakala, Brahmaji, Ajay and Sunil in the other crucial roles. Written by Sukumar, the film is based on unsolved mystical elements occurring in a village named Rudravanam.
