The much-hyped ‘The Greatest Of All Time’ has finally hit the big screens to positive reviews from Tamil audiences. However, the Venkat Prabhu’s directorial’s reception in Telugu states has come out to be mixed-to-negative, surprisingly.
Considering the poor advance bookings and footfalls, the first-day numbers are expected to be around INR 5 crore. The GOAT‘s theatrical rights are valued at INR 22 crore, meaning that it must collect a gross of INR 40 crore to gain ‘hit’ status.
Going by the current trend, the breakeven seems impossible. The film’s bookings for the evening and night shows today are also poor. The GOAT also features Meenakshi Chaudhary, Malavika Sharma, and Prabhudeva. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the film’s music that failed to strike a chord with audiences.
