Vijay’s Leo Producers quoted record price for Telugu states

It is very well known to everyone that Thalapathy Vijay is currently working Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo. The film has a massive hype, be it in Tamil or Telugu audience, and already it has created records even before the release. Leo’s non-theatrical rights, digital rights, and overseas rights were sold at record prices. Now, according to the reports, the film’s producers have quoted a record price for the film in Telugu states as well.

The makers of Leo have quoted 25 Crores, which is a very high price as Vijay’s career best in Telugu is around 15 Crores and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s career best is 20 Crores in Telugu states. So, a target of 25 Crores is definitely a massive one, but it should be noted that the movie has a super craze in Telugu states also, as the director, Lokesh Kanagaraj has created his own brand in Telugu states.

Lokesh Kanagaraj and Vijay’s previous film Master was a blockbuster in Telugu along with Tamil as well. However, the film had an added advantage of being a Sankranthi release, but Leo will be released on Dussehra. So let’s hope that the film, Leo, will be able to get the required numbers at the box office and becomes a blockbuster.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo has a list of the big star cast besides Vijay and Trisha, among which Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Madonna Sebastian, Gautham Menon, Mathew Thomass, Mansoor Ali Khan and Sandy. The film is surrounded by massive expectations not only from Tamil but also the Telugu audience. Leo will hit screens on October 19th.
