The team of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Kushi has wrapped up the entire shooting part. Touted to be a romantic drama, the film is directed by Shiva Nirvana. The makers took to their social media account and informed that the post-production works are in full swing. Hero Vijay Deverakonda can be seen in the photos shared by the production house, happily smiling for the poses and cutting the cake.
Samantha, who was last seen in the historical romantic drama Shaakuntalam, had recently finished her portion of the film. Kushi is set to be released on the worldwide screens on September 1. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and will be released in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam as well. Hesham Abdul Wahab has composed the film’s music.
It is very well known to everyone that Vijay Deverakonda’s last film, Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh turned out to be a miserable disaster at the box office. So, it is obvious that this young and dynamic actor will want to give comeback with a good film.
Vijay Deverakonda has also signed a project with director Parusuram. The film, to be bankrolled by Dil Raju, has Mrunal Thakur in the female lead role and will be made as a youthful family entertainer.
