Venkatesh to star in Salman Khan’s Bollywood film

Venkatesh is about to star in the upcoming Salman Khan’s hindi film. Venkatesh, one of the leading stars of Tollywood enjoys a good relation with Salman Khan. This will be Venkatesh’s return to Bollywood after 27 years. He debuted in Bollywood in 1993 with Anari, remake of his own film, Chanti. He also starred in another hindi film, Taqdeerwala in 1995. This was his last film in Hindi.

Venkatesh as said will play a role in Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Apparently Venkatesh and Salman Khan have been good friends for a long time. The makers were looking to cast a big hero from South. In fact, the buzz is it was Salman Khan who had asked Venkatesh to be a part of this project. Venkatesh will soon join the sets of the film in Mumbai. His role is learned to be a full length role, not an extended cameo.

Salman Khan interestingly is also playing a role in Chiranjeevi’s next film, Godfather, remake of Malayalam film, Lucifer. With movies getting Pan-India, the makers are casting stars from various industries to cater to the audiences.
