VaadiVaasal- the first collaboration between Suriya and Vetrimaaran was announced long back but the film was delayed due to many reasons mainly because of Viduthalai movie became into two parts, which led to the film being on set for a long time. Recently, there was an official announcement of the film, but the latest news suggests that VaadiVaasal is delayed again.
VaadiVaasal – The wait for Suirya and Vetrimaaran Combo Continues
Tamil Cinema fans waited for years for the Suriya and Vetrimaaran combo and they were happy that the national award-winning actor and director came together for a movie. Recently, a combination pic of both the actor and director was shared on social media, and everyone expected the film to start very immediately this Summer.
But the news is coming that Suriya signs an immediate film with Telugu director Venky Atluri under Sithara Productions and this film is likely to go on sets very soon from this summer itself. This means VaadiVaasal has been delayed again and it seems like Vetrimaaran might be taking more time to complete pre-production and scripting works as he always takes a long time to start a film.
Suriya is currently busy with his 45th film, directed by RJ Balaji which is expected to complete the shooting by this year. Now the news is that Suriya 46 will be with Venky Atluri and not Vetrimaaran.
