After a blockbuster like KGF Chapter 2, Yash took a long gap to come up with his next film, and he is all set to enthrall his fans with Toxic-The Movie, getting released on March 19, 2026. But the makers of the film are unnecessarily hyping the business numbers of the film.
A few days before, it was reported that the Telugu states’ rights to Toxic have been sold for 120 Cr, which was not true, and now, the team once again spreads an exaggerated number of 105 Cr. The deals are being made on an advance basis and cover multiple films, but the producers are claiming those high numbers are only for their specific movie.
It looks like Toxic- The movie team is trying to create hype that Dhurandhar 2, which competes with them at the box office, is not affecting their film, and that it is closing deals at record-breaking business prices.
It remains to be seen how this marketing strategy will translate at the real box office, as for now, whatever numbers the team is announcing are highly exaggerated.
