The stampede incident that resulted during the Premiere show of Pushpa 2 in the death of a lady and her son getting hospitalised became a serious issue recently. Police and the Government of Telangana initiated action against the theatre management and also booked Actor Allu Arjun who was later jailed as well in the issue. After releasing from the jail, Allu Arjun was flocked by many Tollywood celebrities at his home who consoled him. This has now become a major issue.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy came down heavily against Allu Arjun and other Tollywood celebrities who paid visit to his home right after his release citing that they lacked responsibility and humanity. He felt that why there was so much of outrage against the Government and Police from the side of the celebrities to have made them stand by the Actor.
But it is very well known that all the celebrities or a section of people didn’t like the way how Allu Arjun was home lifted to the jail by the Police and the Government. Many people also felt that due procedure was not followed with Allu Arjun in his arrest episode which was also pointed out by the court granting him bail. So, we need to see how far this issue goes.
