This Labor Day saw many theatrical releases. Nani’s HIT 3, Suriya’s Retro, Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2, and Sasikumar’s Tourist Family were released in theaters this weekend. Let’s check Thudarum, Hit 3, Raid 2, and Retro’s overseas box office collections till May 4th.
Mohanlal’s Thudarum, released at the end of April, is continuing its sensational run overseas. It collected 2.2M on the second weekend, which takes the total to 9.2M USD. It is on its way to becoming the second-highest overseas grosser for Malayalam Cinema.

Because after Empuraan, this family drama/thriller is all set to join the 10M club. Nani’s HIT 3 had a very good opening weekend, and it is also the biggest for Nani with $2.6M, while Suriya’s Retro had a very disappointing weekend with $ 2.55 M.
Bollywood film Raid, starring Ajay Devgn, had a decent weekend with a jump on each day with $ 1.7 M. Kollywood’s small film, Tourist Family, is doing very well overseas. The film started with 50K on the opening day and collected 450K over the weekend.
Mohanlal’s Thudarum, Nani’s HIT 3, Raid 2, and Retro’s overseas box office collections till May 4th are out, and except for Suriya-Karthik Subbaraj’s film, all have performed well at the box office.
