Theatre issue sparks major criticism and trolls on Pawan Kalyan

Recently, the decision to ban theatres sparked a major row in the Tollywood circles. This move angered Tollywood Actor cum Politician Pawan Kalyan whose film Hari Hara Veera Mallu was scheduled for release on June 12th worldwide. The Actor also issued a warning to the Producers and Distributors for encouraging the decision, which didn’t go well with Netizens. Pawan Kalyan has been getting trolled on social media platforms for his overstepping in the issue.

Pawan Kalyan’s direct involvement in the issue was unnecessary. The Actor also forgot that this decision was not limited to theatres of Andhra Pradesh but also Telangana. Why would Telangana Distributors decide to harm Pawan Kalyan or his films with a political intention? The huge mistake here is invoking Hari Hara Veera Mallu as there were also many films releasing in June.

No Distributor or any group in Tollywood would try to damage all these films. So, Pawan Kalyan must not make a foul cry every time relating these incidents to politics. AP Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh also targeted few individuals in the Film Industry to be the reason behind this, which felt childish.

Pawan Kalyan’s Double-talk:

Pawan Kalyan while issuing a strong warning, also reminded these Producers and film personalities about not making a courtesy visit to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. This really felt odd since Pawan Kalyan didn’t appreciate the same film individuals meeting the then AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The Actor back then came out heavily against Jagan Mohan Reddy for making the film personalities visit him for his “personal ego”, terming that the Film Industry was a private one, and had nothing to do with meeting a CM. But, ironically, he wants these personalities to greet a CM now.

Pawan Kalyan also described this attitude of Film personalities as a Return Gift, which felt disgusting. It could have been better if he had involved the Cinematography Minister to deal with the issue, rather than making vague and derogatory allegations.

Pawan Kalyan must understand that no film personality would benefit him or his films when a hard situation arises, which Producer Dil Raju rightfully mentioned, saying that every member in the Film Industry has their own path. After all, Tollywood or a Film Industry belongs to all, but not one Super Star or a Deputy CM.
