Akhil Akkineni and Surender Reddy’s spy thriller Agent is all set to arrive in theaters on the 28th of this month. Producer Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments took part in many interviews as a part of the movie’s promotions and said interesting things about the movie’s story, Budget etc.
Anil Sunkara has revealed that it was Akhil who suggested him to listen to the Surender Reddy’s script. He told that Agent was initially planned with a budget of 45 Crores and due to the Corona and other reasons, the budget has increased close to double of the planned budget, and now it has become more than 80 Crores budget, but he also added that they are happy with the business of the film.
Anil Sunkara said that when Vakkantham Vamsi narrated the script of Agent, they had an open discussion about everything related to the film. He said the film demands someone who should resemble Hrithik Roshan and could also take that hard work. Meanwhile, Akhil and Surender Reddy were in interaction. In addition, he also said its not just about Akhil reaching a bulky figure, but he pushed hard for the movie, especially for the action sequences.
Agent was shot in various locations in India and also abroad, according to the producer. “The shoot of the movie was started in April 2021. Hyderabad, Manali, Vizag, Mumbai, Kochi, Budapest, and Mascot were the places we shot the movie.”
The producer revealed they will soon be releasing the main song from the movie. “Bheems scored this mass number, and you need to watch it with Akhil’s electrifying dances.” Moreover, Agent movie’s run-time is also locked and the duration of 2:30 hours. The first half will be around 1:15 hours and the second half will also have a similar runtime.
