Thalapathy Vijay has finally wrapped up shooting for Nelson Dilipkumar’s Beast. Thalapathy Vijay will be playing an intense character in the film. His avatar in Beast will be like no other character that he has portrayed before.

Vijay will be playing the role of an army officer/cop who is on a mission to save a mall from hijackers. The highlight of the film will be the part where Vijay saves the people in the mall.

The movie also reportedly revolves around gold trafficking, which Siva Karthikeyan himself has confirmed.

The director of Beast, Nelson Dilipkumar has recently hit it out of the park with his blockbuster Doctor, which was released in Tamil as well as Telugu. The quirky film had Nelson’s style written all over it. Doctor was appreciated by movie lovers all over India.

Siva Karthikeyan, who played the main lead in Doctor has also sung a song for Thalapathy Vijay and Nelson in Beast. This is not the first time the actor has lent his voice for a film.

Thalapathy Vijay has now wrapped up the shooting for Beast, as he hugged Nelson on the last day of the shoot.

Vijay is undeniably Kollywood’s biggest actor by a huge margin. The actor has a die-hard fan base in Tamil Nadu. With these perks also come the pressures of handling such a big star. Nelson’s style of movies is very different from Vijay’s style of movies. It will be interesting to see how Nelson will cater to Vijay’s star image.

The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Shine Tom Chacko, and Selvaraghavan as the antagonist among others. Sun Pictures have produced the film. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director of the film.
