Normally, Vijay films get massive and record-breaking views on YouTube, and when he joins hands with Anirudh, most of the records will be broken. However, the first single from Jana Nayagan, Thalapathy Kacheri, has surprisingly received low views.
Whistle Podu, the first song from Vijay’s last released film, GOAT, is the most viewed song in 24 hours with more than 24M views, which was expected to be broken by the first single of Jana Nayagan.

But the song, titled Thalapathy Kacheri, has not even gone close to that, and it just clocks half of that for 24 hours. Even after 24 hours, the trend is not that great, seeing very low views.
The song was released on 8th November, and still, the views are 14 million, which is shocking. Except for a section of fans, most of the audience have given a mixed response to Thalapathy Kacheri, as they felt that it looks like a regular song, not on par with Anirudh’s best.
