For those unaware, the combination of writer-director H. Vinoth and Kamal Hassan was on cards for months. The former, under the supervision of the latter, has reportedly developed a bound script.
But for reasons unknown, the film didn’t materialize. Coincidentally, this happened to be the exact phase in which Mr. Vinoth got an opportunity to direct ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay. Marking his 69th feature film appearance, this is the final film in the actor’s prolific film career.
An official announcement regarding the same has also been made yesterday. Interestingly, a concept poster unveiled by the film’s co-producer has confirmed that #Thalapathy69 is the exact script that Vinoth had for ‘Ulaganayagan’. Anirudh Ravichander is the project’s music composer, while KVN Productions is the production company.
