Plot Summary
Pavunthaayi (Radhika Sarathkumar) is an ageing woman living in a Madurai village, making a living by lending money to the locals. A strong-willed matriarch, she lives with her daughter Suruli (Raichal Rabecca) after her three sons abandon her.
When Pavunthaayi is on her deathbed, the sons discover she has hidden jewels worth lakhs. They suddenly attempt to nurse her back to health, driven entirely by selfish reasons. This premise sets up a narrative that blends comedy and drama effectively.
