Actor Nikhil took a long gap after a blockbuster like Karthikeya 2, and he is coming up with an ambitious, pan-India film, Swayambhu. The film’s teaser was released recently and received a superb response. But it also hinted that the film’s makers have changed the release date.
The Swayambhu team had earlier announced that the film’s release date was changed from Maha Shivaratri to April 10. But if we observe the teaser, the team announced it as a summer release, which means April 10 might not be the actual release date. The team is yet to announce the official release date.
Alongside Nikhil Siddhartha in the lead role, the film stars Samyuktha Menon and Nabha Natesh as the female leads. The supporting cast includes well-known actors such as Sunil, Subbaraju, and Satya.
The ambitious pan-India film, Swayambhu, is directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, who also co-wrote the script with Vijay Kamisetty. The film is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the banner of Pixel Studios. The technical crew includes industry veterans, such as renowned cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar (RRR, Baahubali) and music composer Ravi Basrur (KGF).
